I am currently a research scientist at the Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS). My research focuses on GPU-based volume rendering techniques for large-scale neuroscience and medical data, with emphasis on visualization of large and multimodal volumes. I am also interested in the combination of abstract information visualization with scientific visualization for novel domain-specific applications.

In the spring semester I teach the visualization seminar CS 271 - Topics in Data Visualization.
In the fall semester I am a co-instructor for CS 171 - Visualization.
